• Norwood Green Junior School
The project addresses the school’s requirement to establish a recognisable entrance and visual identity, while at the same time providing new reception facilities and a robust but flexible communal space. A series of prefabricated components are employed, minimising the intrusion of site works, along with carefully considered bespoke elements tailored to the client’s requirements. Additionally a number of sustainability measures are incorporated, including passive ventilation stacks and rainwater harvesting. Facilitating the delivery of specific aspects of the teaching curriculum, whilst accommodating a number of extended community uses, the building has been welcomed by staff and pupils.
