    Our mixed tenure proposal for this sensitive site was developed after a careful study of the local context, and consultation with local stakeholders gaining planning consent at its first attempt. A block of 17 flats forms the frontage to the site, with four houses at the rear. A responsive contemporary gabled treatment of the building found favour with the planning authority and local opinion.
