New exhibition at the London Transport Museum exhibits Acanthus’ architectural work
‘Designology’ a new exhibition opens on the 20th May showcasing how design is encountered in our everyday London journeys. As part of the exhibition, a case study explores design process for the new Tottenham Court Road station entrance at Oxford Street, which Acanthus has designed as part of London Underground station upgrade. Sketches, models, material samples, details and video show how the entrance evolved from concept to the completed building. Other Works by Acanthus on show include our designs for Cassiobridge station one of the two new stations and Viaduct on the Metropolitan Line Extension and an interactive 3D model of the Paddington Crossrail station-Bakerloo Link tunnel.
