We were appointed by Berkeley Homes to deliver this project of 115 dwellings, including 63 houses that form part of a large redevelopment site in the London Borough of Greenwich.
The development provides apartments and houses for shared ownership and social rent, including some designed specifically to Greenwich wheelchair standards.
The apartments are in two buildings placed over a semi-basement car park with a central landscaped space at podium level. The building backs onto the railway and all dwellings face to the front and sides with circulation to the rear.
The houses are three or four bedrooms, three storey, in terrace form, with private amenity to the rear of each property. The scheme has been designed to comply with Lifetime Homes and Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
